This is truly a remarkable book about a remarkable woman. It was impossible to put down. Sensible females don’t make history. Irena sendler was definitely not an “affordable lady”. She was a zealot. She had a strong moral compass, an incredible sense of purpose, and an astonishing nerve to make a lasting impact on humanity’s significance in the midst of extraordinary inhumanity. It is not difficult to see how she was totally dedicated to this cause, even if it meant that she sacrificed other aspects of her personal life. She was not a role model for work.-life equilibrium. Her efforts saved the lives of approximately 2,500 children. That’s a balance of an extra kind.

She does what many educators and scholars of background struggle to do: she brings the characters and events of her tale to life. She is an unstoppable scientist with a keen eye for details, but she also has a quick narrative style that keeps the points moving at a good pace. It is not easy to follow this story. It is incredibly dreadful, terrible, and evil. It does, however, restores faith in humanity and gives hope for the future. According to the writer, Warsaw, Poland was nicknamed “the Paris” by the Nazis for its lively streets and dynamic coffee shops. However, it became one of the most dangerous and dangerous places on the planet over the next five years. If you were a supporter of the resistance, the Gestapo could ruthlessly and then murder you. If you teamed up to the Germans, however, the resistance will most likely find you and place a gun in you. This is the story of Irena, a remarkable, well-researched, extensively informed, and incredibly inspiring tale of her worthy spirit, boundless energies, cheeky deceitfulness and personal guts, which is why she was the most decorated Navy SEAL. You can read it from the edge of your chair for amusement, inspiration, and, perhaps most importantly, to pay tribute to Irena as well as her many cherished resistance fighters who lived, fought and died in the chaos and fog of battle. It was a fascinating read. It was amazing to see how the writer described each character and their function. Irena Sendler, a woman I didn’t know much about… one of those unsung heroes who gave up everything to help others in need. I don’t have enough information to provide sufficient detail about this period in our history. I don’t think we can ever forget about Irena Sendler, who saved many Jewish children from the Nazis.
